IDM CC, which is an add-on integration of the IDM for the Mozilla Firefox browser. If you have upgraded your Mozilla Firefox to a newer version and IDM integration into Firefox stopped working or does not take over downloads from Firefox anymore.

Then you can just upgrade your IDM CC in the following way.

  1. Visit the following link here and follow the procedures.

[Tips & Tricks] Make IDM Full Version | ForceWay

You can do this trick with all version of Internet Download Manager (IDM) without exception. Let's Start it.
  • Download IDM whatever version (recommended Newest : here).
  • Turn off your Internet connection.
  • Install IDM that you have downloaded, after IDM prompts you to Reboot / Restart. Just Restart it.
  • After you restart the computer, open your IDM and select Registration. (Internet connection should be switched off)
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail address as you like. Then enter the following Serial Number (select one)

  • Now IDM will tell you that used an invalid serial number, biarin only.
  • Now we FORCE IDM for the FULL VERSION.
  • Open the HOST file located at C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc by using Notepad. If not there, it means the file is all hidden. To display it: Click Tools> Folder Options> Select the View tab> Hidden Files and Folders> click Show Hidden Files and Folders> Apply> Ok.
  • Once opened with Notepad it will show in the lower row are written 127.0.0.1 localhost.
  • Add text below after 127.0.0.1 localhost.

127.0.0.1 www.tonec.com
127.0.0.1 registeridm.com
127.0.0.1 www.registeridm.com
127.0.0.1 secure.registeridm.com

This is done to redirect all of the above website to localhost or to our own computers.
  • When finished, Save or Ctrl + S.
  • Open your IDM, and connect your computer to the internet. Please check your version of IDM.
*Note : Do not forget to return the Hidden Folders settings as before. Perform this step when your computer is not connected to the internet.
